If your windows face the street, the nearby highway is definitely not quiet. In our room, it was impossible to fully close the window, so the noise came in even more strongly Breakfast was good, but no surprises. Every day room service available. Overall - not good, not terrible

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! I visited for a business meeting with a partner, and we were blown away by the amazing staff—they were so professional and accommodating. The whole place was incredibly quiet and peaceful, which made for the best sleep I've had in ages! I was even tempted to ask how much it would be to stay longer. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

Convenient to Manhattan without the exorbitant price. Our room was CLEAN! We didn't get to enjoy the breakfast because we had to leave early, but we saw them setting up and it looked like a decent spread. We'll stay here again!

Hotel with great service, friendly staffs, clean room and comfort beds. Hot Buffett breakfast is a bonus. However, the location of this hotel is in Bronx. Not recommended for single female traveler or family with young kids. It has nothing to do with the hotel just because the area it is in.

We stayed here during a very trying time for my family. The staff was incredible. I dropped my phone down the elevator shaft during the stay. Everyone came to the rescue! My phone was retrieved...and no damage. The HKM was so sweet and attentive to my mother (on a walker). She helped us smile when we were shedding tears. Thank you all

Can't beat the location, with a subway stop just a couple of minutes away. Rooms are clean and bed was comfortable. Only a couple of things that knocked it down a slight notch: 1) There was an electrical issue in my room, where the lamp would flicker occasionally. Outlets were pretty stripped to the point my phone stopped charging in the middle of the night. 2) Hotel had connection/computer issues when we checked in. Front desk person struggled for a bit and then called her manager on her personal cell phone. So, manager is not always on site.

Newer hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable and cleaned every day. It is on noisy highway and clientele a bit dubious. Smelled a lot like weed everywhere. But close to metro station. And lobby people were friendly. We were on 4th floor and although the elevator worked to go up every morning it was shut down and we ended up taking the stairs. No big deal but it was weird.

Its a Great place to stay at. Everything is convenient and within walking distance (train station, bus stop, convenience stores, and restaurants). I would highly recommend this Hotel price wise since accommodation can be very expensive in NYC. Only drawback is there is a busy highway next to the Hotel and you can hear cars passing by all night. Personally had no issues sleeping through that and enjoyed my stay since the rooms are big and spacious with comfy beds.

I grew up in the Bronx, but now I live in Michigan and every time I come back home this hotel will be our permanent stay when we’re back here there is nothing like being back in the Bronx and knowing your surrounding this hotel is awesome. I recommended to everybody The staff is nice. The breakfast is awesome. Don’t get me wrong. I will eat a hotel breakfast all the time but when I’m back in the Bronx, I need my bacon egg and cheese. Nothing personal. Thank you for a wonderful day. We will be back.

Honestly the room was a lot cleaner and spacious than I expected it to be (given the area). The Bathrooms were nice and clean. (I’m a stickler for a clean bathroom) I not a fan of carpet but we only stayed for a few days so I sucked it up lol. A couple downsides are the breakfast sucks, even though it’s free just walk down the street and eat somewhere else. The elevator broke and we had to carry our bags up and down the stairs. The hallways were a bit noisy at night, nothing unbearable but just a tad bit annoying. But overall staff was pleasant and professional and we enjoyed our stay.
